% 22.05.2017 Petitioner claims to be vending in front of shop no.16, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi. He claims to be in the list of 628 street vending prepared by the NDMC. He submits that he apprehends that he may be removed from the site as an Inspector had visited him in the last week.

Learned counsel for the respondents who enters appearance on an advance notice submits that the present petition is misconceived inasmuch, the Inspector had only visited the petitioner to check his papers and the apprehension of the petitioner is unfounded and baseless. In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondent, counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed in the petition. The petition is accordingly disposed

of.
