O R D E R

% 24.07.2017 It is submitted that present FIR is an outcome of matrimonial disputes between the petitioner no.4 and her ex-husband, namely, Sukhbeer Singh. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 4 and Sukhbeer have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 9th December, 2015 vide 'Annexure B'. Marriage between the petitioner no. 4 and Sukhbeer Singh has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce dated 17th November, 2016, therefore, FIR No. 164/2012 under Sections 379/384/506/34 IPC registered at police station Sarai Rohilla, on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Learned APP for the State submits that closure report has already

been filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Respondent no.2, who is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Sanjay Kaushik, submits that he will not file protest petition before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

In view of the filing of closure report, present petition has not been pressed at this stage. Petition is disposed of as not pressed. Dasti.
