% 07.01.2016 The plaintiffs filed the suit for permanent injunction.

The valuation of the suit is Rs.20,05,000/-. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, as the suit property is situated at Village Said-ulAjaib Tehsil Mehrauli (now Hauz Khas), New Delhi, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Plaintiffs to appear before the concerned Court on 17th March, 2016.
