CRL.M.C. 3631/2016 The present petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the FIR No.209/2012 under Section 323/452/506/34 IPC and proceedings pending before the court of Sh. Rakesh Kumar, Metropolitan Magistrate, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has already settled the matter amicably with the complainant/respondent No.2.
The same is also confirms by the complainant/respondent No.2 who is present in the court today. The complainant/respondent No.2 is identified by the Investigating Officer, SI Prem Pal Singh, P.S. Mandawali, Fazadpur as well as by counsel Sh. Rakesh Kumar.
In view of the facts and circumstance of the case, the FIR No.209/2012 under Section 323/452/506/34 IPC and proceedings under Section 427 stand quashed.
