The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.42/2017 registered under Sections 420/468/471 IPC at PS Shakarpur. Status report not filed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2017. 3.
During the course of arguments, petitioner's counsel on instructions, volunteered to pay `84,000/- to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment within two weeks. BAIL APPLN. 1065/2017

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner's offer to pay `84,000/- to the complainant, he is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. `84,000/- shall be paid to the complainant through the Investigating Officer within two weeks.

In case of non-compliance, the complainant / State will be at liberty to approach this Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
