% 18.12.2017 The prayers made in the petition have been perused. One of the prayers lays a challenge to the communication/office order dated 03.5.2017 issued by respondent no.1.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the order passed by the Division Bench in WP (C) 3606/2017 titled Justice for All Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi. In this writ petition an application had been filed by one such applicant which application was supported by the affidavit of the petitioner; that application was disposed of on 30.10.2017. Learned counsel for respondent no.2/DOE points out that this controversy about the maximum age limit to the entry level class has been decided in this application and the parent Notification of

respondent no.1 dated 18.12.2015 which had been modified by the subsequent Notification dated 03.5.2017 (under challenge before this Court) has now been set to rest.

None has appeared for the petitioner.

Dismissed in default as also for non-prosecution as also on merit.
