% 01.03.2018 1.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that he is authorized to appear on behalf of all the respondents. However, he has been unable to place his vakalatnama on record. He undertakes to do so within the course of the next week.

2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents further submits that respondent no.1 has been erroneously arrayed as a party and the contract is between the petitioner and SWO India Limited. It is seen that SWO India Limited is not a party to the present petition. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh.
