% 19.07.2016 The petitioner's prayer is confined to a narrow compass. Her submission is that the competent body had rejected her prayer for an alternate plot on 18.12.2013 as documents sought to be furnished by the petitioner could not be placed on record. The details of the documents sought for by the petitioner are detailed in communication dated 19.03.2013 (Annexure P-11) as also the subsequent letter dated 19.05.2013 (Annexure P-12). Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes and ensures that the complete documents will be furnished before the competent authority who shall consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law. The documents shall be furnished before the competent body within an outer limit of three weeks from today and the competent body/respondent shall answer the prayer of the petitioner within an outer limit of four months from today.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
