$~37 *
IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ W.P.(CRL) 1758/2017 RAJNI DEVI ..... Petitioner Through Ms.Tabbas Firdause, Adv.
versus THE COMMISIONER OF POLICE OF DELHI & ANR ..... Respondents Through Ms.Nandita Rao, ASC.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR
O R D E R
% 31.05.2017 The petitioner has sought protection of her life and liberty as she apprehends some manhandling by the police authorities. It has been submitted that the son of the petitioner was made an accused in a case instituted for the offence under section 302 and other sections of the IPC. Perhaps, for apprehending the son of the petitioner, the police had visited her house. Now that the son of the petitioner has been arrested, no such apprehension in the mind of the petitioner ought to exist. In that view of the matter, no order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.
The same is disposed of.
