The counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he wants to withdraw the present petition whereby challenge was brought to the order passed by the Additional Rent Controller granting leave to defend to the respondent in the eviction case instituted by the petitioner, his only submission being that directions may be given to the Additional Rent Controller to expedite the trial. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Additional Rent Controller is requested to expedite the trial.
