O R D E R

% 28.09.2016 The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor has handed over a Bankers Cheque bearing No. 073537 dated 28.09.2016 for a sum of `7,50,000/- drawn on State Bank of Patiala, Branch SBP-New Delhi to the learned counsel for the Decree Holder in the Court today. In addition to the aforesaid Bankers Cheque, the learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor has also handed over a sum of `50,000/- in cash to the learned counsel for the Decree Holder. The learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that the aforesaid sums satisfy the decretal amount. He further states that this would also cover the Decree Holder's claim in all the cases filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 which are currently pending before the learned Magistrate.

It is agreed between the parties that the Arbitral Award dated 09.05.2015 stands satisfied, the execution of which is sought in the present petition stands fully satisfied.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
