O R D E R
% 05.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a delay of 2 days in lodging the FIR. It is further submitted that CISF officials met the petitioner but did not arrest her. Therefore, benefit of anticipatory bail may be extended to the petitioner.
Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in the event of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.
However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when she is called upon to do so.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous
application is disposed of as infructuous.
