% 17.11.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 (complainant) submits that matter has already been settled with the petitioner, inasmuch as, settled amount has also been paid. He further submits that in view of the settlement respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR No. 2735/2014 under Section 135 of the Electricity Act and Section 379 IPC registered at police station Mehrauli.
Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 and the fact that settled amount stands paid,
in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
