O R D E R

% 09.02.2017 Instant bail application has been filed by petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.375/2016 u/s 498A/494/313/377/406/506 IPC registered at PS Hari Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case and general allegations have been levelled against him in the FIR, mainly of harassment on the point of dowry. He further submits that other allegations made in the FIR are also false and frivolous and the complaint has been lodged against him after about 17 years of marriage.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that petitioner has joined the investigations and has also cooperated during the course of investigation. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not required for any further investigation.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
