% 12.10.2018 By an order dated 01.10.2018 passed in OMP(COMM) 416/2018, IGNOU v. Roshan Real Estates (P) Ltd., this Court has ordered a stay on the enforcement of the Arbitral Award, subject to certain conditions. In view of the said order, the present petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same or file it afresh, subject to further order being passed in the said petition.
