The relief sought in this writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the respondent No. 5 has superannuated from the services of respondent No. 4 - Mazharul Islam School. However, Mr. Farrukh Rasheed, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the records of this petition may be required for a proper adjudication of W.P.(C) 6065/2024 in which the same writ petitioner has challenged the disciplinary proceedings instituted against him. 2.

The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as not pressed on the ground that it has been rendered infructuous. However, the Registry is directed to place the electronic record of this petition in the records of W.P.(C) 6065/2024.
