% 28.09.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the petition.
He, however, submits that the respondents have not strictly complied with the provisions of Section 16 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place Act, 2013.
Learned ASG, appearing on advance notice, submits that though the respondents dispute that Section 16 has not been complied with in the case of the petitioner, however, the respondents assure that provisions of Section 16 shall be strictly complied with.
Learned ASG submits that the petitioner had not appeared on the last two dates before the Internal Complaints Committee. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear on account of medical reasons.

The petitioner is directed to participate in the proceedings and, in case, there is any medical ground, he shall forward the documents to the Internal Complaints Committee, who will consider the same in accordance with law.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Dasti under signatures of court master.
