With the consent of the parties, Mr. S.N. Aggarwal, Former Judge, High Court of Madhya Pradesh is appointed as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties arising out of the agreement. Proceeding will be governed and fee will be payable in accordance with the Delhi International Arbitration Centre Rules. Application as well as the suit is disposed of in the above terms. A.K.
