% 19.11.2018 IA No.15720/2018 This application is filed under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC seeking to pass a decree on account of Settlement Agreement dated 3.10.2018. It has been stated that the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 3.10.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Settlement Agreement is signed by Shri Narender Kumar/Authorised Signatory on behalf of Urbanclap Technologies India Private Limited/plaintiff and by Smt.Kuldeep Kaur/Authorised Signatory on behalf of defendant No.1. Learned counsel have also signed the same. The learned Mediator has also signed the Settlement Agreement. Terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement are legal and valid. Application is allowed.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement Smt..Kuldeep Kaur has brought in court a demand draft of Rs.2,00,000/- payable to the plaintiff. Demand Draft has been handed over to learned counsel for the plaintiff. A decree is accordingly passed in terms of the Settlement AGreement. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. Suit stands disposed of. Plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of Court Fees.

Date 7.12.2018 fixed before the Joint Registrar stands cancelled. A Copy of the order be given dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
