% 22.04.2019 After arguing for some time, Mr. Manjit Singh Ahluwalia, learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the impugned order was passed by the respondent IRCTC on the premise that the petitioner was debarred from participating in future contract / licence of Indian Railways for a period of one year from January 1, 2017 to January 1, 2018, which order has not been challenged and even otherwise, which period has come to an end, he would like to withdraw the writ petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
