After some arguments, counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal. The only request that the counsel for the appellant makes is that a week‟s time be granted to comply with the order of the Arbitral Tribunal. 4.

As prayed, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The Arbitral Tribunal will grant a week‟s time to the appellant to comply with the directions contained in the impugned order.
