% 24.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent No.2 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on a trivial matter which had led to registration of the present FIR No.450/2001 under Sections 448/452/323/506/34 IPC, Police Stations Malviya Nagar on the complaint of respondent No.2.

cross-FIR No.411/2001 under Sections 147/148/149/447/323/325/506/34 IPC, Police Station Malviya Nagar was also registered against respondent No.2 on the complaint of petitioner No.1, having changes under sections 325/323/34 IPC were framed by the Trial Court. Now the matter has been settled amicably. Therefore, present FIR

may be quashed. Offences involved in the cross FIR No.411/2011 are stated to have been compounded by the Trial Court.

Respondent No.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by ASI Shyam Lal of PS Malviya Nagar. Respondent No.2 says that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as detailed above, FIR No.450/2001 under Sections 448/452/323/506/120-B/34 IPC PS Malviya Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, in view of the settlement.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
