% 06.03.2018 The learned counsel for the OL points out that this court in a Co.Pet. No.126/2016 against the respondent company on 17.05.2017 has already admitted the petition and appointed the OL as the provisional liquidator. In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present petition. The same is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate claim before the OL within six weeks from today on the prescribed format with supporting documents.

The petition stands disposed of. All the pending applications also stand disposed of.
