% 23.04.2018 CM APPL. 15687/2018 Present application has been moved by the East Delhi Municipal Corporation/Appellant (hereinafter, 'Appellant') praying that the amount, which was deposited by the Appellant in this Court since the time when the decree was stayed, be released in its favour. The ground is that the Appellant wishes to make the payment to the Respondent in compliance of with the judgment and decree of this Court dated 22nd March, 2018. None appears for the Respondent. This appeal was decided along with the batch of 42 other appeals. Learned counsel for Appellants submits that as per his knowledge no SLP has been filed against the judgement dated 22nd March 2018. In order to enable decision in this application, the Appellant to file a calculation as to how much money is payable to the Respondent as per the final judgment and decree dated 22nd March, 2018. In the meantime, notice of the application be also issued to Contractor/Respondent at the last

known address. The Appellant to also check from the Corporation as to whether the latest address and other contact details of the Respondent are available with the Corporation, as the Respondent is a registered contractor who regularly bids for civil works.

List on 18th May, 2018. Copy of order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
