Rohitash Kumar, states that the investigations are almost complete and the IO is now awaiting the prosecution sanction from the competent authorities in relation to the accused, who are public servants and that, such permission has already been applied for in March, 2017.

Subject FIR was registered in the year 2007. It is expected of the competent authority to decide the request made by the IO within one month from today and let the IO conclude the action on the subject matter within three months from today. In view of the afore-going, ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks

to withdraw the petition with the liberty to avail afresh, if, any cause subsists for the purpose.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
