% 22.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has handed over the vacant and peaceful possession of quarter No.A-18, HUDCO Place Extension to CPWD on 14th August, 2017. The copy of the vacation report has been handed over and taken on record. The writ petition and the pending application have become infructuous and are disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to refund of security amount. The petitioner is at liberty to seek the refund from the competent authority which shall be considered in accordance with law.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
