% 11.12.2017 An application for cancellation of bail of the petitioner is pending consideration.

Mediation talks have failed. However, the report of the Mediation has not been received from the Mediation Centre.

Keeping in view the position of the Board, it is not possible to hear the arguments on the application for cancellation of bail. However, it is pointed by counsel for the petitioner that the application for bail which was before the learned Trial Court was not heard on merits and the order dated 03.04.2017 was disposed of in view of para 19 of the order dated 03.04.2017.

It is submitted by counsel for the complainant that the charge sheet is to be filed by the State.

Keeping in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner has not accepted the payment of Rs.12.5 crores from the complainant. Let the application for bail be disposed of on merits. List on 06.01.2018 before the Trial Court.

Interim protection will continue till the disposal of the application for bail.

The present petition stands disposed of.
