% 28.09.2018 Parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi. A Settlement Agreement dated 18.09.2018 has also been entered into between the parties. The terms of the Settlement Agreement are legal and valid. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 18.09.2018.

The respondent will ensure payments are made as agreed upon. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the present petition in case there is any default on the part of the respondent in making payments as agreed upon.
