The petitioner present in person submits that he has filed an application on 07th June, 2017 before the ld. Family Court for review of the order dated 22nd February, 2017 in which the notice has been issued to the respondent for 03rd October, 2017.

The petitioner is seeking direction to the ld. Family Court for placing on record the list of witnesses and his evidence by way of affidavit. Since this petition has already been disposed of on 26th May, 2017 and the review in terms of the permission granted by this Court on 26th May, 2017 is pending before the ld. Family Court, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the ld. Family Court. This application is disposed of. 3.
