1. A status report has been placed on record adverting to the additional documents handed over in Court by learned counsel for the Petitioners. A copy thereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the Petitioners.

2. The status report notes that after examining the documents submitted, Sections 468,471 IPC have been added to the case. The learned APP states that this was done on 14th June, 2017. She further points out that on 14th June, 2017 itself non-bailable warrants have been issued by the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Abhilash Malhotra, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi returnable on 30th June, 2017.

3. Leaving open all the contentions of the Petitioners as to the legality of the actions taken, to be urged at the appropriate stage, the Court is not inclined

to entertain the present application for anticipatory bail.

4. The application is dismissed.
