% 31.08.2018 The parties have settled their disputes by entering into a Settlement Agreement dated 20th April, 2018. The mediation centre has put up the report along with the Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement is signed by all the parties as also their counsels and the Mediator. None appears for the Defendant today.

The Settlement Agreement has been perused. The same is lawful and there is no impediment in recording the same. The parties shall be strictly bound by the undertakings given therein and the terms of settlement. Decree sheet be drawn up and settlement terms shall form part of the decree. Since the matter has been settled in mediation, in view of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, refund of full amount of court fee is directed. The suit is disposed of as settled. All pending I.As. also stand disposed of.
