% 24.02.2016 By this petition filed under Section 438 of Cr. PC the petitioner sought anticipatory bail.

However, counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, the accused was arrested and he has already been released on bail by the Trial Court. It is further submitted that the charge sheet in the present case has already been filed.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, no relief under Section 438 of Cr. PC can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application filed by the petitioner is rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
