% 29.01.2018 Mr. Arun Birbal, learned counsel for the respondent states, possession letter has been issued to the petitioner. I note, there is no appearance for the petitioner even on the second call, possibly for the reason that the petitioner has got the possession letter.

Noting the submission made by Mr. Birbal, the contempt petition is closed. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he shall be at liberty to revive the contempt petition.
