The leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that election process of the petitioner society has come to an end in view of the injunction order passed by the trial court dated 15.09.2016.

The petitioner has filed an application under Section 151 CPC which is to be heard tomorrow. The application is filed for vacation of the stay order dated 15.09.2016.

In view of the above, it is appropriate that the trial court may dispose
of the said application expeditiously in the first instance. 4.
The present petition is disposed of without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. Trial court is requested to hear and adjudicate upon and decide the application of the petitioner under Section 151 CPC for vacating the stay expeditiously, within two weeks from today. 5.
A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the court master to the parties. All the pending applications stand disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
