% 10.10.2018 EA(OS) 392/2018 This application has been filed by the Decree Holder for bringing on record the change of name of the petitioner company. The application is allowed and the amended memo of parties is taken on record.

EX.P. 230/2015 & EA(OS) 551/2015, 210/2016, 231/2016, 188/2017 Counsel for the Judgment Debtor has handed over to Mr.Sachdeva two demand drafts totalling Rs.8 lacs in the new name of the petitioner company.

Mr.Sachdeva, who appears for the petitioner submits that this would be a full and final discharge of the awarded amount and he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as having been satisfied.

The petition and the pending applications are therefore, disposed of recording such satisfaction.
