Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. l and 4 to issue the No Objection Certificate in favour of the Petitioner for conversion of the said Flat from leasehold to freehold within a stipulated period; and (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to issue a Certificate of conversion of the said flat from leasehold to freehold in favour of the Petitioner within a stipulated period; and (c) Pass any other relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2.

However, none has appeared for the Petitioner since 25th March, 2022.

Moreover with the coming into force of Delhi Motor Vehicle Aggregtor and Delivery Service Provider Scheme, 2023, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
