% 20.07.2020 The present matter has been taken up for hearing by way of Video Conferencing on account of COVID-19 pandemic. CM APPL.15654/2020 The present application under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been instituted on behalf of the applicants/ Respondent Nos. 7, 19, 88 and 100 and prays as follows: "i.) recall the order dated 16.12.2019 in WP No. 6790/2017 and give opportunity to the petitioners to file Counter Reply and defending their settled seniority and promotion.
ii.) Pass any other order/direction this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Mr. Abhaya K. Behera, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants, who were originally arrayed as respondent Nos.7, 19, 88 and 100 in the writ petition, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the legal and factual issues that arose in the instant Writ Petition (Civil) No.6790/2017 the substantive petitions bearing W.P. (C) 4339/2020 titled as „Prashant Kumar Sona & Anr. vs. Union of India & Ors.‟ and W.P.(C) 4346/2020 titled as „Brijesh Kumar & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors.‟, now instituted by them, assailing the orders dated 29.02.2020 and 13.03.2020 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A. No.1719/2012, which are listed before this Court for admission today. Leave and liberty granted.
The present application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
