This RFA, after arguments is disposed of as not pressed as counsel for the appellant/Mohd. Rafique states that he is the only LR/brother of the objector/Mohd. Saddique and the appellant has not inherited any property of the deceased Mohd. Saddique who had filed objections and therefore, when the execution proceedings are filed for recovery of the money decree which is impugned in this appeal dated 25.02.2017, the appellant will accordingly file objections in the execution proceedings. 2.

Without in any manner commenting on the merits of the matter, in view of the statement of the counsel for the appellant, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed.
