HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 21.10.2016 Complainant had booked Quintal of black gram worth `17,09,900/- for transporting it from Delhi to Talvandi Sabo. The allegation against petitioner is that he did not deliver the goods to Talvandi Sabo instead he sold it and pocketed the money.
Keeping in mind the serious allegations against the petitioner, I am of the view that petitioner is not entitled to concession of anticipatory bail. Application is dismissed.
