% 23.05.2018 By this petition, the petitioner had sought quashing of FIR No. 107/2017 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Geeta Colony on the complaint of respondent No. 2 on merits, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the course of proceedings the parties have entered into a settlement before the counselling cell Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Court on 19th February, 2018. He thus seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the above noted FIR on the basis of settlement.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
