By this application, the parties seek to place on record the Settlement Agreement dated 20.11.2018 executed between the parties at the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The petitioner, in terms of the settlement, further seeks to withdraw the petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
