Learned counsel for the parties state that at a mediation settlement has been arrived at.

Needless to state, in terms of the settlement the suit filed by the respondents would be required to be disposed of passing an appropriate decree.

Impugned order has disposed of an application filed by the appellants under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The application has been dismissed.

Since parties have arrived at a settlement and the only thing left to be done is to draft an application and file the written settlement and obtain a decree, instant appeal is disposed of as infructuous. FAO(OS) 287/2015

Parties are advised to file the application in the suit annexing therewith the written settlement between the parties. 6.

No cost.
