Petitioner and complainant are known to each other. A perusal of FIR shows that a quarrel ensued between them on some trivial matter over parking of the car, wherein petitioner and co-accused abused and gave beatings to the complainant with dandas and cricket bat. Injured persons were discharged from the hospital same day. Co-accused has already been granted bail by the trial court. It is further submitted that matter has been

compromised between the complainant and co-accused persons including the petitioner.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
