The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to assail the order dated 17.05.2017 in O.A. No. 865/2017 whereby notice was issued on the petitioner‟s application i.e. M.A. No. 1836/2017- by which the petitioner sought modification of the earlier order dated

15.03.2017, returnable on 06.07.2017. The petitioner had moved the aforesaid M.A No. 1836/2017 since, it was apprehended that the respondents may make appointment to the post in question during the pendency of the said Original Application.

We have heard learned counsels for the parties. We direct that any appointment made by the respondents for the post in question in the category of "Visually Handicapped persons" shall be subject to final orders passed by the Tribunal in the said Original Application.
