% 24.01.2020 This writ petition is filed seeking an appropriate direction to respondent No.1 to demolish the illegal and unauthorised construction raised by respondent No.2 over the House No.B-1/18, Malka Ganj, Delhi. None has been appearing for the petitioner on the last several dates. Today also none has appeared for the petitioner. Respondent No.1/North DMC has filed a counter affidavit stating that the building plan for addition/alteration has been sanctioned in respect of the said property. It is also stated that during the course of construction, the owner has carried out unauthorised construction in the shape of deviation/excess coverage against the sanctioned building at second floor and third floor and action will be taken in due course where speaking orders u/s 343(1) of the DMC Act.

Respondent No.1/North DMC will continue to deal with the said

property as per law. Petition stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
