Perusal of the order indicates that the application (IA No.17845/2015) filed by the defendant under Order IX Rule 19 CPC for setting aside the judgment and decree dated 24.04.2014 and 16.12.2014 was allowed and the judgment and decree dated 24.04.2014 and 16.12.2014 were set aside.
