ORDER

% 01.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present

petitions with liberty to make a representation to the Competent Authority. He states that the only reason why the Competent Authority has passed the order is that the documents filed by the petitioners were in Gurumukhi and their translations were not provided. He states that he will submit the translated copies of the relevant documents and endeavour to pursuade the Competent Authority to examine the same.

The petitions along with pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
