% 16.10.2018 EX.APPL(OS) 465/2018 This application has been filed by the petitioner for bringing on record the factum of the change of name of the petitioner as approved by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Taking note of the submission made in the application, the application is allowed and the amended memo of parties is taken on record.

EX.APPL(OS) 464/2018 This application has been filed by the petitioner inter alia seeking the following relief:- "g. In the alternative if this Hon'ble Court decides to maintain the transfer the decree, the directions be issued to the Registry to provide the transfer certificate of decree dasti in a sealed envelop to the decree holder to present the same before the registry of Small Court in Kochi for filing the execution petition ; and" It has been submitted by the Mr.Pavan Sachdeva that this Court had ordered transfer of the decree to the concerned Principal City Civil Court

within whose jurisdiction the properties of the respondent are situated, however, the petitioner has learnt that the City Civil Court has not received the transfer decree as yet.

Keeping in view the submission made, let a fresh certificate of transfer of decree to be issued and given to the representative of the petitioner dasti for transmission to the Court of City Civil Judge, Kochi. As the amended memo of parties is already taken on record, the transfer certificate shall be prepared in the new name of the petitioner company. The application is allowed in the above terms.
