The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.604/2016 registered under Sections 452/354/354B/506/34 IPC at PS Model Town. Status report not filed. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2017. Coaccused has already been granted anticipatory bail. It is informed that the FIR in question is a counter-blast to FIR No.605/2016 registered under Section 308/34 IPC against complainant's son at PS Model Town on 29.11.2016 for committing assault upon the petitioner's party.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall not contact the complainant; he shall not criminally intimidate her in any manner whatsoever. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
