% 04.05.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 09th September, 2014 passed by respondent No.2 whereby the petitioner's appeal against the order of suspension of registration certificate was dismissed. Admittedly, the petitioner's registration certificate has expired by efflux of time on 08th March, 2014.
